  From the start till finish, the entire home building process was very smooth and is almost hard to believe it was flawless. Thanks to Daniel, our sales guy who was fantastic through out the process. He went over all the details and provided excellent support through out. As a first time home buyer, it's not easy to decide the Do's and Dont's. He also made some very crucial suggestions in order to make this build our perfect home. Daniel was very friendly, upfront and responsive throughout the process, from the beginning of the sale till closing and made this whole home buying process a breeze.
  
  Cody was the builder for my house and I can't thank him enough for all that he's done for us. From the very beginning his goal was to make us happy and do things right. Let me state a fact: Home building is never a perfect process, so there will always be a few hiccups and imperfections. However, Cody ensured to revisit any changes/fixes we wanted and made sure it came out perfect. It's very rare to see builders being this involved, courteous, responsive and helpful through out the process. All in all, he went well above and beyond to ensure everything is done RIGHT and the end result was flawless.
  
  I am extremely pleased with Grand Homes. The house turned out great and I will post an update on how the house holds after a year.
